My name is Leo Alderman and I started my Martial Arts journey over 40 years ago beginning with Judo at 6 years old and moving onto Karate at 7-8.

Over the past 35 years I've been training & competing in numerous systems and have graded to

Masters level / black dragon level In Hong Ying Kung Fu
Sifu level choy li fut kung fu, registered with plum blossom federation
Combat martial arts general masters level
5th degree kickboxing
2nd degree karate

I also created the Martial arts all styles international federation also known as MAASIF, which is a popular mixed competition circuit in Kent
